Ultrasonic can’t reach the effect of watertight and airtight. Besides ultrasonic  , fixture position, product position and some other factors, the set of ultrasonic conditions is also an important factor. We hereby discuss another cause of affecting watertight and airtight. When we implement ultrasonic welding operation, the target is high efficiency and speed, however, the essential of efficiency usually be ignored, there will be two phenomena. Firstly, the rate of descent and buffer are too fast. 

Secondly, welding time is too long. Plastic products receive long time heat, not only melting the plastic material, but also leading the coking phenomenon, which produce sand hole, water and air. And that is the point which usually be ignored.
