Function:

● The traditional system adopt motor drive and Cylinder drive, oven adopt servo motor drive and transmitted by chain, which is convenient. The speed is adjustable, within 3 mm.                           

● Works smoothly, transmission power is strong and heating has overload protect function.                           ● Pre-coated products will be placed in the positioner on the table of the machine manually, the oven will drop to heat the product, after reaching the aim temperature, the rubber membrane framework will rotate to cover the all product. Vacuum adsorb valve will open to adsorb products, which can make the degree of adhesion of cover and substrate can meet the standards of clients.
